  • Hong Kong - FREE shipping and returns, two working days. We do not provide delivery on Sundays and bank holidays. Please let us know if you need the item, same day.

  • EXPRESS POST - Courier Royale International 2-4days, with tracking. A Boy Named Sue will not refund import taxes and custom duties.

A Boy Named Sue will exchange or refund all non-sale items received by us within 30 days from order date for international purchases and within 14 days for all Hong Kong purchases. For all sale (including final sale) items customers have 21 days to return the piece for exchange or full refund. 

All customers must contact us at info@aboynamedsue.co to request a return.

All goods must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the A Boy Named Sue tag attached. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will be accepted only with hygiene strip intact.

For Hong Kong customers please send us an email to info@aboynamedsue.co and we will arrange a pick up FREE of charge, for the next day.

Your account will be credited, within 10 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. In the case goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Customers will be reimbursed if there was a mistake on the part of A Boy Named Sue, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

A Boy Named Sue will not refund, return shipping costs, international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

We make sure to protect your personal shipping information through double encryption.

PayPal

We do not store any of your billing information, as PayPal our payment provider does that for you. PayPal is the faster, safer way to make an online purchase. If you do not have an account with Paypal already: the set up is easy. Enter your name, address and billing information on the Paypal site and it will securely store it for you.  Best part you’ll never have to enter all that information again! Next time you want to buy online just enter your email address and password and the purchase can be made in less than one minute. It's that simple.

Feeling lazy? Don't feel like setting up a paypal account? That's ok, because you can also do the guest checkout option. Paypal will always give you two options when you are checking out to: log in and to proceed as guest.
